Cossar Press on Reporting Scotland

The Cos­sar Press appeared on the BBC’s Report­ing Scot­land pro­gramme today. BBC Radio Scot­land high­light­ed the project yes­ter­day in their News­drive pro­gramme, and inter­viewed the own­er, David Philips, and Ali­son Taub­man of the Nation­al Muse­um of Scotland.

Print­ing engi­neers will this week start work on dis­man­tling a unique Cos­sar Press at its long-time base in Crieff, Perthshire, where it print­ed the Strat­hearn Her­ald from 1907 through until 28th March 1991.
