From 18 January to Sunday 8 April 2018 the library’s treasures display on The Scotsman: 200 years of a Scottish newspaper will tell the story of The Scotsman. It will show how the paper reported on key events from the past 200 years, following its founding principle of publishing ‘without fear or favour’.
