The Trust’s dis­play on the Glas­gow print­ing indus­try is cur­rent­ly on show at the Mitchell Library in Glas­gow, along­side an exhi­bi­tion of items from the library’s own collections.

Printing exhibition in Glasgow

The Trust’s exhi­bi­tion on the his­to­ry of print­ing has been extend­ed and will run for anoth­er week at the Light­house in Glas­gow (until 11 Jan­u­ary 2019). More than just books, high­lights the range and vari­ety of the print­ing indus­try in Glas­gow, and was organ­ised as part of the Trust’s cel­e­bra­tions of its 30th anniver­sary in 2018.

Trust exhibition opens in Glasgow

The Trust’s exhi­bi­tion on print­ing in Glas­gow, More than just books, is open from today at the Light­house in Glas­gow. It has been organ­ised to mark the 30th anniver­sary of its found­ing in 1988. The exhi­bi­tion will run until 6 Jan­u­ary 2019. For details of open­ing hours, please see the Light­house website.

Life in Letterpress

There is a major ret­ro­spec­tive exhi­bi­tion cov­er­ing Alan Kitch­ing’s life and work, span­ning six decades cur­rent­ly in progress at the Light­house Gallery in Glas­gow. Called A life in let­ter­press it includes exam­ples of his work, sketch­books, proofs, arte­facts and equip­ment from his stu­dio. The exhi­bi­tion is on until 5 March 2017.
